Creation of a sustainable plan that includes nutrition, natural source supplementation, mental health and lifestyle recommendations that are based on your goals.
Weekly 30 minute coaching calls (in-person or virtual) which will include strategies and adjustments to keep you on your path to your goals.
Weekly recipes and grocery lists customized to your needs.
Handouts and resources to support you on your journey

Midpoint check-in 45 minutes (in-person or virtual) plus re-assessment documents to assess progress and results.
